Shipping Policy
Hours of opening
The operation hours at our warehouse is Monday-Friday, 8.30 – 4pm, with our shop opening times 9am-5pm (except when there is a holiday or bank holiday in the U.K)
Subject to demand, all online orders will be processed at the start of each day. There is an internal cut-off point of 12pm which allows us time to process all orders and to despatch on the same day. Orders received after 12pm / over a weekend or over a bank holiday periods, will be processed on the next available working day.
Please note that orders will only be processed for delivery once we have confirmed that full payment for your item/s has been received. In addition, please be advised that orders placed in peak times, like the festive period for example, may incur a time delay of up to 3 working days before we are able to despatch your items.
UK delivery options

We offer 2 postal services:

Express: Subject to available stock levels and subject to capacity within our Warehouse, typically orders are collected from us by 3pm each working day and should be delivered within 24 hours – however because we cannot 100% guarantee what happens to orders once orders have left our premises, we prefer to state a 48 hours delivery service from date of dispatch from our premises.

Standard: Subject to available stock levels and subject to capacity within our Warehouse at the time of receiving orders, this economy dispatch service provides a 7 working day delivery time.

For our framed prints, please be advised that delivery make take up to 4 weeks as most of our prints are made to order.

For all deliveries: All consignments are sent via recorded/signed for delivery and will only be dispatched to the ‘billing’ address given on orders. No orders will be sent to alternative delivery addresses. Where possible our website will provide the most competitive prices for packaging and postage based on the number of items you are ordering. Prices for postage and delivery as used by our website are subject to change without warning and Budeful.com reserves the right to contact customers to request additional payment should the pricing be increased or be inaccurate for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if postage costs are not met.
Please be advised: That in the event of Budeful.com issuing a refund or replacement against any goods regardless of the reason, Budeful.com reserves the right to deduct the cost of packaging and postage unless agreed and stated in writing otherwise.

Please be advised: Budeful.com is not liable for local taxation or excise/ customs duties. As the customer, it is your responsibility to check what, if any charges will be. Budeful.com will not pay any such charges under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Budeful.com, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
It is the policy of Budeful to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you change your mind about any of the items in your order, please return them in a saleable condition within 28 days of your order being delivered, along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund personalised items, special orders, or items worn on the body, except where the item is faulty. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with garment tags and any seals still attached and must be complete when they are returned to us.
We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags or seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with. We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items.

If you need to return an item, please follow our simple returns policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
-Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
-Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
-Certain items (e.g. personalised products and goods) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
-Contact our customer service team at customersupport@budeful.com or 01288 489362 to request a return authorisation.
-Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Packaging and Shipping
-Please securely pack the items to prevent damage during shipping.
-You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered faulty or an error occurred on our part.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over £50
4. Refund Process
-Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
-Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
-We are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
-If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for a return.
